You may be looking for your child or children to meet other kids their age and begin building concentration and coordination. Dance is the perfect outlet for such activity. Dancing is both an aerobic and toning workout. Although private instruction is available, most dancers who are not in competition will join a class of 5-15 others their age. This allows them to interact with others while learning discipline simultaneously. Dancing is lots of fun for boys and girls of all ages. There is an annual recital the gives students an opportunity to perform in front of family and friends.
